Found this while surfing the internet. Apparently someone went back and recolored old black and white photos using Photoshop and a lot of time and effort. I think most of them turned out pretty cool.

First off, everyone I roleplay with is retarded. They suffer from pure insanity that even *I* can't fathom sometimes. However, I love them and can't really do without them.

I love my in-laws. They are the shiznit. They've been letting me live here with Brian since JULY rent free. The main thing they want us to do now that Brian has his badass job is to save up and pay our student loan payments ourselves so that we can buy a home in a year or so. They rock.
However....
WHOMEVER KEEPS LEAVING THE KITCHEN IN SUCH A PIGSTY IS GONNA FUCKING DIE!!! ON WHAT FUCKING PLANET IS IT OK TO LEAVE A JAR OF STRAWBERRY JELLY OPEN, SITTING ON THE COUNTER, SPOON STILL INSIDE???? WHO THE HELL DOES THAT???
I wish I'd taken a picture of it. Words don't do it justice.

I know I initially said that I wouldn't include character memes, but the main place that I get character stuff from, charloft, does them on Fridays, so I'm taking that back. I still want drabbles and writings to make up the majority of what I write, though. That's my intent, anyway. |

| First Day Alone |

I'm not sure that I mentioned it on here, but I have mentioned it all over Facebook, but Brian has a job now. There was much yaying going on.
Today is his first day. Total rocket ship. Also, him being at work gives me the energy to really do stuff around our little apartment-ish area. For the first time in the LONGEST time (longer than I'd really like to go into), I cleaned the bathroom from top to bottom. Like, swept and swiffer mopped, even. The swiffer mop was NASTY when I was done with it.
I'd rather have a job right now, but if I'm gonna be a housewife, then I'm gonna do it RIGHT, thank you.

I was admittedly feeling like shit yesterday, so I didn't do anything. I made up for it pretty well, today, though.

Eventually I'm going to get to doing more than drabbles for RP characters and get back to writing fanfic and maybe even original fiction. This is more to help the creative juices going and flowing for right now.

I am making the effort to do more writing this year (b/c I've been utter failure in the past year or so), and I wanted to set a number or something that I can strive toward. Decided to go with 200,000 words. Here are the things that I am including:
1.) Fiction (original and fanfic alike)
2.) Non-fiction (I'm working toward writing articles for comedy websites)
3.) Roleplaying journaling (backgrounds, personal entries)
Things I'm not including:
1.) Regular roleplaying (I'd need to set my goal WAY higher, so I think this is best)
2.) Memes/surveys/etc (Both OOC and IC)
3.) Journal entires (My personal ones)
So...wish me luck! I even have a TINY bit so far that I'm going to post in a bit. It's the background for an original character for a Vampire the Masquerade game that my hubby is running online.
